On-site Service Call (let us come to you!)
We will come to your home or office to provide technical support or service: $80/hour

*NOTE: typically, if the issue or service request will take more than one to two hours to complete, we will pick up the equipment and bring it back to our business to complete.

The labor rate for all work performed off-site at our shop is $80/hour.

Standard Labor
The labor rate for remote assistance or off-site work performed during our regular business hours  (9 a.m. to 6 p.m.) is $80/hour. This includes remote support performed via the internet with remote control software and/or over the phone.

Labor - Outside Business Hours

The labor rate for all work performed outside of regular business hours and weekends is $120/hour. We all have emergencies that come up, especially in business, where waiting until the next business day is not an option. If you have such an emergency, we will do our best to accommodate your needs in a timely manner. We do charge extra for priority service in these cases as we try and maintain a healthy work/life balance.
